Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and packaging before your order is shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from New Thing Clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
